No complaints whatsoever, a fine experience, would stay here again. It is quiet place to stay, the food is good, and location is best possible near in the metro station. All the staff members are genuinely helpful.

the location was prime for exploring madrid. after long day i visited sankara lounge bar for a couple of drinks. the room was modern and compact, included with the bathroom of the size of three shower sinks.

I recently stayed at a great hostel in a central location near Callao. The room had new furniture and a comfortable, clean bed with fresh sheets. I also appreciated the clean towels and complimentary shower gel/shampoo. The staff was welcoming and friendly, especially the young guy at reception. The room was cleaned while I was out, and there was even a TV.

Strongly recommend this hotel.
